Highmore Homes Group is interested in developments with total sales values in excess of £3 million and has entered into joint ventures ranging in size from 5 to 150 homes. Our core business is the value driven segment of the market, providing well designed homes at a reasonable price throughout the UK. However, with projects ranging from new build to refurbishment and from urban brownfield to rural locations, we are flexible in our approach to development partnerships and welcome the opportunity to discuss individual proposals.

For development partners, the joint ventures are normally fully funded by Highmore Homes Group with no recourse to the partner, with projected profits being shared on an equal basis.

In the case of landowners, we can assist in the planning process and once planning is granted, are able to use our in house expertise to deliver the project. This allows the landowner to realise value from their land and also to profit from the development.

We have an established in house team providing financial, construction, project management, design and marketing expertise together with external specialist advisors. We are proud of our flexible funding and added value approach when working with joint venture partners.
